By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing that you understand that Michelle’s time is just as valuable as yours and that you are required to pay in advance to hold your appointment time slot. This protects Michelle from the loss of income incurred by last minute changes or cancellations.

You also agree that you understand that cancelations or rescheduling of your appointment made with less than 48 hours advance notice will result in forfeiture of your payment and you will be required to pay again to reschedule your appointment.
